Senior Health Care Assistant
FraserCare Services is looking for two full time senior care workers. Your role will be to assess and care for new clients in the community as well as performing care plan reviews and other essential work to ensure the highest quality care is provided. You will be introducing new staff members to the company, ensuring they keep to FraserCare Services's high standards as well as providing feedback to other members of staff. You will work closely with the Registered Manager whom will guide and support you with your new role offering opportunities for continuing professional development. FraserCare Services offer fast track progression to staff members whom are looking to develop their career to the next level by offering excellent training programmes and mentoring.
Although previous experience or qualifications would be beneficial, it isn’t essential for this role, your values and personal qualities are far more important to us. The ideal applicant will have a caring, empathetic nature and positive attitude with a true calling to help others.
Applicants must have excellent levels of English, previous experience in the care sector and ideally hold or be interested in working towards an NVQ3 /2 or equivalent in Health & Social Care. Applicants must also have a driving licence and have access to their own transport.
Salary £22,880 per year (£11 per hour)
